Question 2: Should I choose Oral or Poster presentation? 
    Some scholars prefer to presenting their research results using PowerPoint (PPT) slides in person, while certain scholars like illustrating their research results by Posters. Therefore, choosing  Oral presentation or Poster presentation fully depends on your choice. However, if you cannot attend the conference in person for some reasons, you are encouraged to choose Poster presentation.    

Question 3: Should I submit an abstract or a full-length paper? 
    Certain authors do not want their full paper to be printed in the proceedings because they plan to submit their full papers to journals after the conference. In contrast, some authors want their full papers to be printed in the proceedings because the following reasons:
(1) They get financial supports from their institutions or governments that ask them to publish the full papers;
(2) They plan to get feed backs from the conference audiences and then revise the paper;
(3) They used to publish the full papers in the proceedings of the conference and cite them later on.
    On the basis of the above, submitting an abstract or a full-length paper fully depends on each author's preference. 

Question 4: Is it possible to apply for any subsidy or financial support from the conference?
    Registration fee is used to cover all conference operation costs. As you know, it is very expensive to hold an international conference while maintaining quality service to all participants.Therefore, all conference participants including conference chairs, advisory committee members, international committee members, session chairs, and workshop chairs have to pay the registration fee. 

Question 5: If I submit two papers (one is single authored and another is multiple authored) to this conference, how much I need to pay?
    No matter the paper is single authored or multiple authored, each paper must be paid by at least one author as long as you like to have the paper to be published in the proceedings.

Question 6:  How can I get Visa to Taiwan?

The information on the website indicates that you need to apply for a visa if your nationality is not listed in the exempt entry and landing visa countries. Otherwise, you do not need to apply for a visa. Question 7: When can I receive the receipt of registration fee?
​    Each attendee will receive a package (including conference program, proceedings, payment receipt, presentation certificate, and so one) in front of the check-in counter at the conference site. That is, as other conferences do, every participants will receive the payment receipt when attending the conference. That is why your institution usually reimburse your registration fee, airline tickets and accommodation after you attended the conference and came back to your country.  As you know, the consumers will receive the accommodation invoice after paying the hotel fees, the customers will receive the purchasing certificate from the airline company after purchasing the airline ticket, and the authors will receive the acceptance letter after submitting their papers and passing the review process. Your understanding is appreciated.

Question 8: Do we have to submit the paper via the conference website system?
        Yes, as other conferences do, our staff must use the system to manage hundreds of submissions and the subsequent related processes such as send out the papers for peer review, send the review results to corresponding authors, trace the registration process, link each paper to its registration and payment, arrange session program based on each paper’s professional fields, produce the proceedings by downloading the files which are uploaded by authors, and many more. 
Question 9: If the author asks for the registration fee refund, what is the Cancellation Policy of the Conference?
If the conference receives your written cancellation email before 15 May 2014, the US$ 50 cancellation charge will be imposed and the balance registration fee will be returned to you.
If the conference receive your written cancellation email after 15 May and before 15 June 2014, the US$ 150 cancellation charge will be imposed and the balance registration fee will be returned to you.
If the conference receive your written cancellation email after 15 June and before 30 June 2014, the US$ 250 cancellation charge will be imposed and the balance registration fee will be returned to you.
If the conference receive your written cancellation email after 30 June 2014, the paid registration fee will not be refunded.
